Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 January 2025

This Privacy Policy describes how NCOO DEV SL ("we", "us", "our") handles information in relation to AppWatcher ("Application"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Data Collection

AppWatcher is a desktop application that operates locally on your machine. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your monitoring data to our servers. All project data, metrics, and configurations remain on your local device.

2. Local Data Storage

All data generated by AppWatcher (project configurations, monitoring history, metrics) is stored locally on your computer. You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time by removing the application data folder.

3. License Verification

To verify your license, the Application may communicate with our licensing server (powered by Paddle). This communication includes your license key and basic device information necessary for activation. No monitoring data is transmitted during this process.

4. Analytics

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the Application (such as feature usage frequency, error reports). This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally. You can opt out of analytics in the Application settings.

5. Third-Party Services

AppWatcher connects to your own servers and applications for monitoring purposes. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of your monitored applications. The Application may also use third-party services like PageSpeed API, which have their own privacy policies.

6. Data Security

Since all monitoring data remains on your local machine, you are responsible for the security of your device. We recommend using disk encryption and keeping your operating system updated.

7. Children's Privacy

AppWatcher is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
