These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AppWatcher ("Application"), a desktop software developed by NCOO DEV SL ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing and using AppWatcher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AppWatcher on up to two (2) devices that you own or control. This license is personal and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to another person or entity.
2. License Types
Yearly License
Grants access to the Application and all updates released during the one-year license period. After expiration, you may continue using the last version available during your license period, but will not receive new updates without renewal.
Lifetime License
Grants perpetual access to the Application and all future updates for as long as the product is maintained.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
4. Updates and Support
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific response times.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Application is at your sole risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
7. Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
