We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of AppWatcher. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases. If you are not satisfied with AppWatcher for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide your order number or the email address used for purchase
- The license key must not have been previously refunded
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@ncoo.dev with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. After Refund
Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and you must cease using the Application. Any data stored locally by the Application will remain on your device unless you manually remove it.
5. Yearly License Renewals
Yearly licenses are not automatically renewed. If you choose to renew and are not satisfied, the same 30-day refund policy applies to renewal purchases.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds, or violation of our Terms of Service.
